One of the standout features of the Acer Swift Edge 16 is its 16:10 WQXGA+ OLED display. Although it may not reach the UHD+ resolution of its predecessor, this high-resolution panel still impresses with its 3200 x 2000 pixel density. The display also offers a fast 120 Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals, and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. With a peak brightness of 400 nits and True Black HDR 500 and Eyesafe certifications, users can expect vibrant, true-to-life colors and an immersive viewing experience.

In terms of connectivity, Acer has made significant improvements with the Swift Edge 16. The laptop is equipped with Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be), the latest wireless standard, delivering faster and more reliable internet connections. Bluetooth 5.1 is also included for seamless wireless device pairing. The Swift Edge 16 features 2x USB4 Type-C ports with power delivery capabilities of up to 65 W, allowing for fast charging and efficient data transfer. Additionally, users have access to 2x USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, 1x HDMI 2.1-out port, and a combo audio jack, providing a wide range of connectivity options for various peripherals and external displays.

One notable and unique feature of the Acer Swift Edge 16 is its inclusion of a QHD 1440p webcam. This high-resolution camera is a rarity in laptops and ensures sharp and clear video conferencing and content creation capabilities. Additionally, a fingerprint reader integrated into the power button adds an extra layer of security and convenience to the device. While Acer has not disclosed the specific battery rating, they claim the laptop can provide up to 8.5 hours of usage on a single charge, ensuring a reliable and productive experience throughout the day.
